The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically from the begeniyorsanal.com website belonging to the Seller.
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price including all taxes of the products are as specified in the order placed by the Buyer and on the begeniyorsanal.com order summary page.

4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and the delivery on the begeniyorsanal.com website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2. The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period explained in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the Buyer's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.4. For the delivery of the product, it is mandatory that this contract has been confirmed electronically and the price has been paid by the Buyer's preferred payment method.
In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by rejecting the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by fax, e-mail, or registered mail within this period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Exercised" provisions.
Goods prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs.
Goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date may pass.
Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
Goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller.
In disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections shall be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer resides or where the consumer transaction is made, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade every year.
