When receiving your package, please check the external packaging for any damage such as tears, crushing, or wetness.
If the package is damaged, please have the courier officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and return the package without accepting it. The responsibility for damaged packages received without a report belongs to the buyer.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the consumer.

Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have an expiration date likely to pass.

Shipping: After receiving return approval, deliver the product to the relevant courier branch using the "Return Shipping Code" provided to you, either free of charge or through our negotiated rates.
Inspection: Once the product reaches us, its compliance with return conditions is checked by our expert team.
